Can't my Realtor tell me what my property is worth?
A Realtor can estimate what they could sell your fouse for, however, they are not an uninterested part 3rd party. They may be motivated to estimate a high value in the hopes of getting any future lisiting.

Who owns the report?
Whoever ordered it, usually the lender.

Can I get a copy of a report that my bank ordered?
Yes, from your lender.

I am changing lenders do I have to buy a whole new report?
Yes, according to Florida State Law.
